I Barbara Wampler of Frederick County, Maryland, being of sound mind and memory and understanding, do make this my last will and testament. Item: I desire that all of my estate that I may did possess (except my wearing apparel) be sold at Publick Sale by my executor hereafter mentioned and moneys arising to be equally divided between my sons Jacob Sneither and Joseph Wampler and I also appoint my son Jaco[b]Sneither my Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness I set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of May, 1796. Signed Sealed and Declared by the said Barbara Wampler to be her last will and testament in the presence of Martin Grauburt and John Deal.
